This position works closely with teachers, students, parents, and the academic team to coordinate class schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and interested in developing a career in education administration or academic operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating and updating class schedules for students and instructors. Communicate with students, parents, and teachers regarding scheduling, class changes, and other academic matters. Coordinate classroom assignments and ensure classrooms are properly arranged for scheduled sessions. Welcome and assist students, parents, and instructors at the front desk. Maintain and update student information, attendance records, schedules, and other academic documentation. Support instructors with classroom logistics, teaching materials, and administrative requests. Follow up on schedule changes, cancellations, make-up classes, and other academic arrangements. Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with general administrative duties and other projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable communicating with students, parents, and instructors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in education, customer service, administration, scheduling, or operations is preferred but not required. Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
