Job Description:

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most well established, largest privately-owned development firms in Palm Beach that have successfully completed north of 75 million square feet of real with a value in excess of $8 billion. They are a family in how they work and treat their people, have a great culture, a long-term outlook, and offer this person the opportunity to join the team on a $500M luxury resort project in West Palm Beach that is currently under construction. Due to growth, they are looking to hire an Superintendent to join their team in West Palm Beach.

NOTE:

They are looking to hire a Superintendent from the GC side that wants to bring their skillset to the owner/ developer side of the industry.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience working for a reputable general contractor Experience working on hotel/ condo projects with high end finishes Ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and quality Must be a team player and enjoy fast paced projects You will not be disappointed with the quality of the people and growth opportunities with this company.
