Job Summary:
The Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our front office and family engagement process. This position serves as one of the first point of contact for prospective families, supports enrollment operations, contributes to school events and marketing efforts, and maintains accurate records using our school management system.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Enrollment & Lead Management:
- Responsible for lead management, which includes following school defined processes for the leads process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to support enrollment goals of the school.
- Assist families with the pre-registration process, ensuring forms and pre-registration fees are completed accurately and timely.
- Enter and maintain student and family information in ProCare with a high level of attention to detail.
- Responsible for following school defined processes in relation to Pre-Registration forms and registration fees invoicing to parents.
- Ensure school is hitting Primrose School Success metrics related to inquiries and leads.
2.
New Student and Transition Process:
- Own process for new student onboarding, including sending initial emails with paperwork and scheduling orientations. Utilize other leadership team members to complete tasks in the process.
- Own the transition checklists for students in the school.
This includes communicating with parents on a transition and scheduling an orientation. Utilize other leadership team members to complete tasks in the process. 3.
Family Engagement & Tours:
- Conduct in-person tours of the school for prospective families, presenting a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable image of the school.
- Represent the school's mission and values during tours and initial interactions.
4.
Marketing & Social Media:
- Assist with content creation for the school's Facebook and Instagram pages, including gathering photos, stories, and highlights from daily activities (with proper parent permissions).
- Coordinate with leadership to post regularly and maintain a consistent, professional online presence.
5.
Event Support:
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to help plan and organize school events and celebrations.
- Provide logistical support before, during, and after events as needed.

Administrative Support:
- Support the director and teaching staff with general office tasks, including filing, printing, scheduling, and communications.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area that reflects the professionalism of the school.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
