This Senior Superintendent role is on a fast track to a General Superintendent. Gpac has partnered with a general contractor looking to add a Senior Superintedent to their team. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program! They are lookign for an individual with experience in healthcare, higher education, commercial office or industrial manufacturing.

Senior Superintendent Requirements:

10+ years previous experience as a Superintendent Project experience includes warehouses, healthcare, k-12 and municipal - valued up to 10M Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
