  • Provide exceptional student, teacher, and parent support, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Utilize MS Office and Google Suite to create and maintain documents
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain an organized calendar for scheduling appointments Job Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and phone systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
