Position Summary & Description The Student Co-op is seeking applications from students to be an Information Technology (IT) Assistant in the HUB. We are looking for a student who is reliable, proficient with computers and detail oriented.
DUTIES INCLUDE
: Assisting staff with: Recurring tasks and maintenance to all HUB computers (ie updates, patches, software maintenance) Research, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software, peripheral, and audio-visual issues within the HUB complex. Gather and maintain a system inventory of all system hardware and software Assist in coordinating, installing and configuring workstations and peripherals to specific standards Respond to questions and issues from Student Co-op Office and Student workers Research new systems and technologies for future implementation Other duties as assigned Position QualificationsREQUIRED

: Prior experience working with technology in a job-like setting.
