Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be: Coordinates and facilitates all phases of the recruitment process Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs and communicates regularly with managers regarding status of open positions Provides a minimum of a weekly update to managers with open positions Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Post positions in HRIS and internal job board Assists with advertisement processes Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to forward to hiring manager Schedules interviews Coordinates with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details Compensation knowledge as it relates to recruitment Conducts reference and background checks, as per company policy Assists, communicates, and updates candidates with navigating all pre-employment requirements and process Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions Track and report KPI's including time-to-fill and vacancy rate Present benefit package and information to applicants

QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED IN THIS ROLE EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE
Managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. Experience with HRIS recruiting systems required, UKG recruiting experience preferred.
