Job Duties promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, students and community members track student services accreditation requirements and manage strategic planning documents develop, implement, and supervise special student events, such White Coat, Graduation, and awards ceremonies assist with tracking and documentation of graduation requirements conduct administrative tasks, travel requests, and budget management of student funds collaborate with the Public Relations department to ensure correct branding and logos are used for external events collaborate with Career Services, Alumni Services, and LMU facilities to coordinate student events recruit, train, and supervise all DCOM student ambassadors and requests for student ambassador participation accompany students on DCOM sponsored off-campus student trips including DO Day on the Hill (Washington, DC) and relevant DCOM sponsored trips act as liaison between students and student services department assist in the maintenance of student documents and records perform other duties as assigned.
