Today Job Description This position is posted for a Receptionist/Bearcat Store for the 2026-27 school year and falls under Pay Grade 4 (236 days). Job Description, Work Calendar and Salary Pay Plan attached.
Primary Purpose:
Provide reception, clerical assistance, Bearcat store purchasing and POS activities for the efficient operation of the central administration office and support the Director of Communications with clerical/secretarial functions.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient keyboarding skills Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail Ability to operate multi-line phone system Ability to use personal computer and software for word processing, develop spreadsheets and databases; using Microsoft and Google applications. Customer service focused
Experience:
Preferred one year clerical experience in educational or school communications setting and/or three years clerical experience in office setting.
