Elementary Classroom Teacher (various grades) Rowlett Academy seeks dedicated and student-centered Elementary Classroom Teachers to provide high-quality, standards-aligned instruction that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all students. The Elementary Teacher fosters a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and develop strong character in an arts-integrated environment. • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Elementary Education or related field
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (K-6)/eligibility certificate
• ESOL endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Reading endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of 1-3 years of successful teaching experience preferred
• Have or acquire two-day 7 Habits Training Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong understanding of child development and elementary instructional practices
• Knowledge of Florida State Standards
• Ability to design engaging, differentiated instruction
• Effective classroom management and positive behavior support strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in a variety of educational technologies
• Ability to analyze student data to inform instruction

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in core academic subjects
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Implement evidence-based literacy and math strategies

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
