We are excited to announce multiple openings for Elementary Homeroom Teachers for the 26-27 academic year at various grade levels. Join our team and help inspire the next generation of learners! Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will create engaging and inclusive learning environments that support the diverse needs of students. Teachers will implement best practices to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with school goals and standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the developmental and academic needs of students. Develop and implement curriculum aligned with school standards and objectives. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessments. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavior. Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support school-wide goals and initiatives. Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds. Manage classroom routines and behavior effectively to maximize learning time. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field (required). State teaching certification for elementary education held or in progress (required). Experience Prior teaching experience in an elementary classroom setting (preferred). Demonstrated ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans. Skills & Attributes Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering a growth mindset and a love of learning in students. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators. Familiarity with integrating technology into the classroom. Familiarity with Islamic educational environments or cultural sensitivity. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a culturally diverse school community. Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
