Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Montessori Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As a vital member of our team, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula rooted in Montessori principles, and foster a nurturing space where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your passion for childhood development and commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere will help shape the educational journey of our students, ensuring they reach their full potential through innovative teaching methods and personalized attention. Duties Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they align with Montessori philosophy and curriculum standards Design and implement creative lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all children Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and incorporate best practices in early childhood education Support children's individual needs through early intervention strategies and tailored instructional approaches Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, milestones, and developmental goals Maintain accurate records of student assessments, standardized testing results, and behavioral observations Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings, preferably within Montessori environments Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and inclusive teaching methods Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners Valid certification or credential in early childhood education or Montessori teaching methods Prior experience in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable Join us as a Lead Montessori Teacher to make a meaningful impact on young lives!
