Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school initiatives to ensure consistency and high-quality education across grade levels. Skills Proven experience teaching 4th and 5th grade students in an elementary school setting, including classroom management and behavior guidance. Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation across core subjects such as Math, English, Literacy education, and Science. Experience working with children with autism or other special needs, demonstrating patience and adaptability in instructional approaches. Familiarity with childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, Montessori methods, or similar educational philosophies. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff. Proficiency in using learning technology tools for lesson planning, student progress monitoring, and educational technology integration. Ability to analyze student performance data to tailor instruction and improve learning outcomes. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations and standardized testing requirements relevant to elementary education. Skills in library services support for literacy development and integrating library resources into classroom activities. Experience working with young children in private school settings or early intervention programs is highly desirable.
