Engage in daily child care routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices with patience and professionalism. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones, behaviors, and developmental needs through clear and compassionate updates. Requirements Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings, preferably within Montessori or similar educational frameworks. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated ability in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques suited for infants and toddlers. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare compliance.
