Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Primary Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in our preschool classroom. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, and collaborating closely with families to support each child's growth. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise in early childhood education, and a genuine love for working with children to create an exceptional learning experience. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall child development. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of student development. Incorporate early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays. Lead team collaboration to ensure consistency in teaching practices and uphold high standards of childcare and education. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings. Primary Montessori Certification Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Experience with special education, early intervention programs, and childhood welfare practices. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for young children. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development is highly valued. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse needs. Prior experience in private school settings or similar educational environments is a plus.
