This role provides an excellent opportunity to support students academically, reinforce classroom learning, and contribute to their overall development in a flexible, part-time schedule. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, student-focused, and capable of delivering engaging lessons that strengthen subject understanding and academic performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct after-school tutoring classes for students (Classes 6-12) in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies Develop and deliver engaging and structured lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum Provide individual attention and academic support to help students improve performance Monitor and assess student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom Communicate regularly with school management regarding student progress Assist in exam preparation, homework support, and concept clarification
