Job Description

Clear Lake Presbyterian Church Early Childhood Program is currently seeking an experienced Co-Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year to work in our 4-year-old classroom. The dates of employment would be from August 11th-May 14th . The ideal candidate should be loving, kind, resourceful, easy-going and have the ability to adapt to changes in the day. Our teachers share their love for God and all that He does for us with the children in their care throughout the day. Candidates should also be comfortable having a short conversation with families about how the child's day has been at school, and be able to conference with them to discuss Kindergarten readiness by the end of the year. •

A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS

experience teaching is required. Preference is given to those who have a background in education or experience teaching children in this age group• Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and should also be Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain the certification. The set hours for the position are 8:45-2:15, Monday-Friday, late August to mid May. There may be an option to work during our extended care which runs from 2:00- 4:00. The Early Childhood Program predominantly follows CCISD for closures and holidays. •Tuition discount is available for teachers that have children attending our program
