Illinois Spinal and Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our clinical team in Naperville. The Details:
Flexible Schedule:
Part-time hours with AM and/or PM shifts available to fit your lifestyle.
Paid Onboarding:
We value your time. We provide paid training time to get you up to speed with our clinical flow and patient protocols.
Performance-Based Pay:
You earn $45 base per hour while working directly with patients.
Entrepreneurial Bonus:
Have your own following? You have the option to bring in your own clients during off-schedule hours for a 60/40 split (60% to you!). This is a massive opportunity to grow your personal brand using our top-tier equipment.
What We're Looking For:
A certified Pilates instructor (Reformer/Mat) with a passion for clinical or rehabilitative work. Someone reliable, professional, and comfortable working alongside healthcare providers. A "people person" who knows how to motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
