Attention to detail Behavioral health center experience CRM system proficiency Communication skills Client interaction via phone calls Behavioral health Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and driven Admissions & Alumni Coordinator to support both the front-end admissions process and ongoing alumni engagement. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process, while also maintaining meaningful relationships with alumni post-discharge. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position that requires strong communication, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Intake Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) Conduct pre-admission screenings and gather client information Guide clients and families through the admissions process from first call to arrival Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain financial responsibilities Coordinate admissions logistics, including scheduling and transportation Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and EMR systems Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral sources Track and manage leads to support admissions conversion Alumni Engagement Maintain ongoing communication with alumni post-discharge Coordinate alumni outreach, events, and engagement initiatives Foster a sense of community and connection among alumni Support alumni-based referrals and continued engagement Track alumni interactions and engagement in internal systems Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Active certification through CCAPP, CADTP, or CADEE (RADT or higher) required Experience in admissions, behavioral health, customer service, or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of organization and attention to detail
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
