Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Serves as a strategic partner to Gift Officers and Advancement leadership in support of multiple philanthropic committees. Responsible for developing and maintaining the frameworks, systems, and standards that enable philanthropy committees to function effectively, ensuring that governance structures, onboarding processes, and operational protocols are in place and aligned with Cottage Health best practices. Develops compelling meeting content that advances philanthropic engagement. Working with Gift Officers to understand donor relationships, portfolio priorities, and fundraising strategy, produces clinical presentations that bring institutional priorities to life, strategy updates that keep committee members informed and inspired, and programming that builds the fundraising knowledge and confidence of volunteer leaders. Supports the Director and Advancement leadership in the management and governance of the Cottage Health Foundation Board of Directors and the Foundation Cabinet and their activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, bylaws, and best practices in nonprofit governance.QUALIFICATIONS

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
Five (5) years of experience in nonprofit development, advancement, or governance, with demonstrated experience supporting boards, committees, or volunteer leadership. Experience supporting affiliated or legally separate foundations in a higher education, healthcare, or complex nonprofit environment.Preferred:
