Full-Time Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team! What You'll Do:

Assist with the admissions process from referral to arrival Communicate with hospitals, families, and internal teams to coordinate admissions Prepare and manage admission paperwork and documentation Verify insurance and gather necessary resident information Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for incoming residents
