Qualifications Education & Experience:
  • Must possess a high school diploma
  • some college preferred; one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Will be required to operate a vehicle in the performance of duties and must possess an appropriate valid California Driver's' License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment;
  • Have an acceptable driving record;
  • Must be insurable at standard rates by District's insurance carrier and maintain such insurability during the course of employment.
  • A completed EDJOIN application is required; resumes do not replace the application. Upload all required documents exactly as stated (e.g., Letter of Recommendation) to be considered for this position.
  • Applicants should upload transcripts with their application if education is required by the position or claimed on the application.

The ideal candidate will research and schedule destinations, manage vendor contracts and deadlines, create clear and helpful communications, and partner with Instructional Support to connect trips to curriculum. In addition, the Field Trip Coordinator will also be there in person to welcome and check in families and help each experience run smoothly. Springs is looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple timelines and vendors, and a genuine interest in creating positive experiences for students and families. If you are someone who can stay ahead of deadlines, keep families informed, and confidently coordinate all the moving pieces that make a successful field trip possible we invite you to apply.
