Job Description
The Bridge Family Center is currently searching for a full time Program Director for its Transitional Living Program, the Moving on Project (MOP), working with adolescents males in DCF care. The Program Director, with strong input and oversight from the Director of Residential Services, is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and operation of the program. The Program Director manages the daily operations of the program and interfaces with all appropriate community agencies and families, and is responsible for the overall quality assurance of the program.
