Desired Qualifications:

Active BCBA Licensure in Connecticut required Strong foundation in using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles within school settings Ability to consult effectively with educators and staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Consult on behavioral programming and interventions for assigned students Collaborate with staff to teach ABA basics, promoting the effective implementation of strategies Conduct assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions to maximize success Provide ongoing training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements Why consider this role?
