College Work Study Program Specialist - Foundation Office Macomb Community College - 4.1 Clinton Township, MI Job Details $16.08 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Function Provide technical support with projects, events, and activities related to the Foundation Office. Now hiring for the Fall 2026 semester All applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked disqualified: A current student at Macomb Community College taking at least 6 credit hours. Currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid. If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit the appropriate form and contact with questions. Job Responsibilities Provides support to the Foundation staff as best determined by the Director of Foundation office Provide excel spreadsheets regarding reporting and informational data Maintain, organize and update reports that involve the scheduled events Assist with outreach activities related to the Foundation Office Assist with the preparation of reports and customized departmental data Correct and build departmental records Assist the Events Coordinator with the planning of workshops, events, and related activities. Maintain client confidentiality Provide written and verbal reports on scheduled and completed projects Support front desk duties of the Administrative Assistant as needed, including answering the office phone, greeting donors and other guests, unloading and organizing office supplies, making copies and scanning documents. Performs related duties as assigned Education High school graduate or GED equivalent. Some education including relevant course work in business, marketing, communications or graphic design and/or formal training in these areas preferred.
