Residence Life Position Information Description & Details:
NDSU Residence Life is seeking dynamic candidates with demonstrated leadership and administrative experience who are eager to gain a strong full-time professional experience. This listing is for an immediate opening for the 2026- 2027 academic year.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday from 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm during the academic year and 7:30 am
- 4:00 pm during break periods and summer with weekly evening work during the academic year and some weekend work required throughout the year.
Hall Director Position:
Starting salary of $44,000/year (salary will be dependent upon building placement) Partially furnished 2 bedroom apartment Funding for professional development Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Experience in a college residence setting or advanced experience in Student Affairs Commitment to creating an environment where all members feel valued and supported Administrative skills Basic computer skills Effective communication skills Demonstrated advanced leadership, management, and supervisory skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling, College Student Personnel or related field Experience with training, presenting, or facilitatingApplicant Materials Required:
