This role leads and supports initiatives related to academic administration, advising, enrollment management, retention, persistence, and timely degree completion while serving as a key resource for students, faculty, and families. The Assistant Dean collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners to promote academic excellence and a student-centered experience. The successful candidate will be a thoughtful problem solver, strategic partner, and strong communicator who can navigate complex academic policies, support student advocacy, and advance initiatives that strengthen undergraduate programs and services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Academic Policies & Processes:

Implement academic policies, manage student academic processes, and ensure compliance with university and accreditation standards.

Undergraduate Programs & Operations:

Support undergraduate programs, experiential learning, student organizations, scholarships, and co-curricular initiatives.

Advising & Retention:

Provide student-centered advising and support initiatives that promote retention, persistence, and timely graduation.

Student Support & Advocacy:

Advocate for students and connect them with campus resources to address academic, personal, and financial challenges.

Recruitment, Enrollment & Course Management:

Support recruitment, enrollment, registration, course scheduling, and data-informed enrollment planning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in Education, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
