Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in San Francisco, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Philanthropic Impact Officer, you will execute donor engagement strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with donors, and manage philanthropic projects that drive the mission of SFCM. The role also involves preparing impactful donor communications, tracking and reporting donor contributions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship programs. Qualifications Proven skills in donor relations, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management Experience in fundraising strategies, philanthropic project management, and identifying new donor opportunities Strong skills in written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare compelling donor communications Proficiency in using fundraising software, donor databases, and technology tools for managing philanthropic projects Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience in arts or nonprofit organizations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Fundraising
