Administrative Representative Location:
Greenville, South Carolina (must be located in the Upstate of SC)
Weekly Hours:
Part Time, 29 hours/week (flexible hours, but must be able to work during 8:00AM - 5:00PM workday) Supervised by:
Admin Coordinator Position Overview:
Responsible for handling administrative tasks related to a patient's experience, reports, fax inbox, and other data entry projects. Working through administrative tasks in a timely, efficient, and detail-oriented manner. Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for clearly communicating with team members and other departments to follow the new patient process from the submission of paperwork to becoming a new patient.
Responsibilities may include:
1. Entering New Patient Paperwork, updating patient's information, creating and deleting alerts for documents needed from patients. 2. Scanning, attaching, labeling, and updating all documents and paperwork for your designated location. 3. Assisting other Admin Team Members with their responsibilities as needed (i.e. vacation, sick leave, etc.) 4. Communicating with teammates and working closely with Front Desk, Clinical, Billing, Live Answer, and Providers to ensure all aspects of the patients' updates and paperwork are completed. 5. Attending team development meetings and trainings throughout the year.
Required Education & Certifications:
Customer service experience preferred.
Minimum education requirement:
High School Diploma or GED. Must have computer, typing, and scanning experience. Must exude over-the-top strengths in prioritizing, communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and staying curious. Work environment and
Physical Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal physician office environment. Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens. Tribe513 is an equal opportunity employer.
