Job Duties Track and process budgets, expenses, and financial reports for the Student Affairs department. Assist with financial planning for events, programs, and departmental initiatives. Process invoices and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with university policies. Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant staff. Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure that tasks are completed on time. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the Student Affairs staff. Manage calendars, including room reservations and participant availability. Ensure timely communication of meeting details and logistical support. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a professional manner. Assist with the creation and dissemination of departmental communications, including newsletters or announcements Provide general administrative support to the Student Affairs office, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist with special projects as assigned by the Student Affairs leadership Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment. Assist with the coordination of student affairs events, workshops, and programs Assist and serve on University Committees as needed. Complete additional responsibilities as needed.
