Milwaukee, WI Core Responsibilities:
The curriculum coordinator is a key player in the development and execution of educational programs, curriculum and initiatives with
STRYV365.
This position will assist the Director of Education to design and implement curriculum, mange resources, and evaluate program outcomes. They must be adaptable and innovative, stay current with educational trends and technologies. Curriculum Support (50%) Research and collaborate with Director of Education regarding instructional strategies and resources for ongoing professional development, program growth and effective classroom and coaching management. Support peer observation and learning/feedback sessions with Programming team Serve as program administrator for data processing (e.g. set data input deadlines, print reports, passwords, data input, create reports, proposals and contracts, etc.). Support the Education team in developing curriculum and professional development content for

partnerships. Support the creation of scope and sequence with the Education team Assist the Director of Education in executing and collecting qualitative and quantitative data for research, data and educational trends and grants. Create digital, in-person, and hybrid educational experiences for all ages, including traditional curriculum, activities, supplemental resources, etc. Research and stay current on new techniques, trauma-informed practices, and trends in youth development, social-emotional learning, resiliency, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed care. Assist in the development and preparation of internal reports of status, progress, and outcomes of education related activities. Provide general support and oversight in curriculum and content development to the Director of Education Prepare, complete, distribute, and/or submit required items by due dates to include: reports, data, evaluations, etc. Assist in the implementation of and attend all professional development sessions, as directed.
Instructional Coach:
(15%) Visit

programming sites often during implementation phase; both in the role as a coach and for 3rd party observation and evaluation Check in on

programming partners monthly and provide Program Managers with direct feedback. Serve as a navigator between the Program Managers and the Director of Education Assist in coordination and planning of program delivery to ensure quality control and adherence to

curriculum. Work closely with the Director of Education to elevate and enhance programming to stay current and reflect industry trends. Professional Development (25%) Assist Director of Education to create a detailed professional development plan (goals, timeline, etc.) Coordinate annual data-driven professional development plan and activities to support program growth and outcomes Provides presentations for small and large groups to accelerate the incorporation of SEL strategies through

curriculum and frameworks; or other topics as assigned/as needed Collaborate with Events Coordinator and Director of Compliance with CEU credits Review, compile and share feedback from all professional development sessions and presentations
Administrative Duties:
(10%) Support the Director of Education and the Education team Attend
STRYV365
staff retreats Attend all STRYV365-related events, including partner and prospective partner events, as needed Serve as support for
STRYV365
trainings, workshops and professional developments, etc.
Office Hours:
Office Hours, if not at a school/partner location you are expected to be in the office 9am-3pm. (Hours and flex time will be negotiated and documented with your direct supervisor). Cultivating & retention of
Partnerships:
Coordinating and Assisting in obtaining/retaining partnerships with schools/organizations/community partners (goals will be determined with your direct supervisor).
Events & Fundraisers:
Assisting in promoting events, fundraisers and community outreach, including setting up and breaking down events, facilitating activities and making oneself available outside of office hours for events.
Workplace Responsibility:
Respecting company office space, equipment, vehicles, and cleaning up after yourself in the office, including returning all supplies and sanitizing equipment.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
