Job Description
Desired Qualifications:
Previous professional experience working in Children sections for a public library. Previous professional experience working in a public library for a municipal government agency. Previous professional supervisor experience or experience leading a team in a library setting. Work Schedule All work will performed on-site, 5 days a week. This is a non-teleworking position. Additionally, depending on program needs, incumbents will be assigned to work evening shifts during the week and weekends. Salary and Benefits $101,291.88 - $125,842.68 Annually This position is represented by the Management and Professional Employees Association and is covered by the negotiated terms and conditions of that Association's Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Minimum Qualifications Possession of a Masters of Library Science degree from an accredited college or university, supplemented by specialized courses related to the library program area to which assigned; five years of professional library experience in a public library including experience in the field of specialization required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
