A bachelor's degree and teacher certification are required. Special education endorsements, experience and credentials are strongly preferred. Fletcher is a small school with a very favorable average student to teacher ratio, resulting in very small class sizes of 5 to 10 students. We do not specialize in serving students with behavior disorders; instead, our students struggle with a host of learning differences, including ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other memory or processing challenges.
