We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Educator with a strong preference for candidates experienced in special education. In this dynamic role, you will inspire and support students across diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth. Your expertise in curriculum development, behavior management, and individualized education plans (IEPs) will be essential to creating tailored learning experiences that meet each student's unique needs. Program Overview Brighter Path Montgomery is an intensive residential treatment facility providing an array of gender specific, evidenced based and trauma informed services for females, ages 12-18, with serious and/or chronic emotional and/or behavioral management problems that interfere with the child's ability to function in the family, school and/or community setting outside of a residential environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Secondary certification preferred, middle school considered.
