About the Role Are you a multi-talented educator who loves hands-on learning, STEM experiments, and practical life skills? Do you have a passion for inspiring young minds across a variety of engaging subjects? We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and versatile instructors to lead three of our premier after-school enrichment programs for elementary students: Spy School , Super Science , and Money Matters . Ideally, we are looking for adaptable individuals who can step into these distinct worlds—inspiring secret agents, future scientists, and young financiers—while providing a meaningful, fun, and safe after-school experience! About Our Programs Super Science Lead a hands-on program where students explore physics, forces, motion, air, energy, and simple machines through exciting building projects like rockets, roller coasters, and hovercrafts. Foster creative problem-solving and help students build a deep understanding of how the physical world works. Spy School Guide young agents as they explore essential spy skills like code-breaking, disguises, and secret communication. Boost students' STEM knowledge, creativity, and confidence through hands-on experiments, gadget-building, and mystery-solving challenges. Money Matters Teach kids essential financial literacy, budgeting, saving, spending, banking, and interest through practical, interactive activities. Guide students through hands-on projects like creating pop-up banks, running classroom stores, and learning about money circulation to spark curiosity and real-world money smarts.

Qualifications and Skills The Personality:

A fun, high-energy, and engaging individual who can motivate and build trust with elementary-aged students after the school day ends.

The Background:

Experience in elementary education, STEM, physical sciences, logic/puzzles, or financial literacy.

The Mindset:

A passion for encouraging curiosity, practical skills, and teamwork while maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

The Soft Skills:

Patience, empathy, adaptability, and top-notch communication skills with both kids and parents. Requirements Minimum 2 years of college education. At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children. Ability to confidently manage a classroom of up to 20 students. Must be able to pass background checks and a TB test. Reliable transportation to commute to Lake Forest, CA . Ability to lift and carry classroom supplies (approximately 20-50 lbs. occasionally).

Compensation & Schedule Rate:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
