Model integrity, leadership, and fair play both on and off the field. About You Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or enrichment settings (1+ years preferred). Confident in leading and managing groups of up to 20 students. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to problem-solve in real time. Approachable, empathetic, and skilled at building trust with children. Able to serve as a role model, demonstrating positivity, professionalism, and integrity. Passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environments. Additional Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must successfully complete a Live Scan background check and TB screening. 1-2 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, child development, or youth programs strongly preferred. Reliable transportation required.Candidates must be able to:
- Move frequently throughout the classroom or activity space.
- Sit, stand, or remain active for extended periods.
- Occasionally run, bend, or engage in moderate physical activity.
- Safely navigate uneven or outdoor terrain.
