Position Overview:

The K-12 Teacher will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs that align with district and state standards. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic achievement, critical thinking, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and state standards. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions when necessary. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to support diverse learning styles. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, respect, and collaboration. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and growth. Participate in professional development sessions and school-based initiatives to enhance teaching practices. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other required documentation. Uphold all school district policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Valid Florida Teaching Certificate or eligibility for certification in the appropriate subject area/grade level. Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to continuous professional growth and student success.
