Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Middle School Teacher who is passionate about helping students in grades 6-8 thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful relationships with students, embraces innovative teaching strategies, and believes learning should be engaging, personalized, and purpose-driven. Responsibilities Teach middle school students using our personalized learning model. Facilitate instruction in core academic subjects while supporting individual student learning plans. Monitor student progress through educational platforms and classroom instruction. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a positive classroom culture centered on respect, responsibility, and excellence. Integrate critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and character development into daily instruction. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop engaging learning experiences. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student records. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, parent conferences, and school events. Model Christian values and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field Experience teaching middle school students Excellent classroom management skills Strong written and verbal communication Technology proficient Passion for student success Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred:
