The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in childhood development and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young learners. This role involves teaching foundational subjects, implementing lesson plans, and assessing student progress while promoting social and emotional growth. Duties Engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Assess student performance through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports early intervention strategies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student development and academic performance. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects diverse backgrounds and promotes collaboration among students. Experience Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in preschool or elementary school environments. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies. Familiarity with lesson planning techniques and the ability to adapt lessons based on student needs. Experience in behavior management techniques to create a conducive learning environment. Knowledge of early intervention practices to support students with varying needs.
