We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping students build strong academic foundations while creating a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to supporting each student's individual learning needs through creative instruction and meaningful relationships with students and families. Responsibilities Create , plan, and deliver engaging daily lessons aligned with grade-level standards in Reading, Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Foster a safe, positive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence. Differentiate instruction to meet the academic needs of all learners. Collaborate with school administration and fellow teachers to support student success. Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and other school activities as needed. Maintain classroom organization and uphold school policies and expectations. Qualifications Previous experience working with children. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families. Passion for teaching and fostering a love of learning in young children.
