We are currently open to candidates with experience working with students at the elementary, middle, or high school level. Responsibilities Provide instruction and academic support to students Create and follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment Monitor student progress and maintain accurate grades and records Work collaboratively with staff to support students' individual academic needs Provide additional support and accommodations when needed Maintain appropriate classroom management and student supervision Qualifications Experience working with children or students preferred Teaching, tutoring, classroom, or educational experience is a plus Strong communication and classroom management skills Patient, dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable working with students with different learning styles and academic needs Must be willing to work collaboratively as part of a school team
