Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Enrichment Club Instructor, where you will ignite curiosity and foster a love for science, technology, engineering, and arts among young learners. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including basic first aid procedures when necessary. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports children with varying needs, including those requiring special education accommodations. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan program schedules and special events. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt activities to meet individual developmental needs. Maintain organized records of attendance, participation, and student achievements. Qualifications Prior experience in teaching or tutoring children in STEM, Arts or Science subjects or related fields. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certifications in first aid and child safety are preferred; willingness to obtain if not already held. Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive settings is a plus. Background in childcare, camp counseling, sports coaching, theater arts, or babysitting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
