Responsibilities Assist office staff with various managerial, financial, and logistical duties. Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities. Support students with special educational needs, including those with disabilities or autism, ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations and encouragement. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive classroom behavior and social-emotional development. Provide one-on-one tutoring or mentoring to students who need extra help in reading, writing, or math. Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and communicate effectively about individual needs and achievements. Experience Experience working with children in educational settings such as classrooms, childcare centers, or private schools is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and families are required.

$43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
