In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture academic, social, and emotional growth. You'll create a warm, inclusive classroom, ensure student safety, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum and learning standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that supports social-emotional growth. Supervise students to ensure safety and wellbeing throughout the school day. Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate regularly with families about student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on school-wide initiatives. Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and incident records. Implement classroom routines, behavior expectations, and positive reinforcement strategies. Participate in professional development and ongoing training. Support school events and activities that build community and family engagement.
