We are seeking an After-School Teacher to help care for and engage our school-age children during the afternoon hours. Schedule Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-6:00 PM What You'll Do Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe, positive environment Help plan and participate in fun activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play Support homework/quiet time as needed Build positive relationships with children and families Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow all Lighthouse Academy and DCFS health and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children Reliable, responsible, and dependable Positive attitude and strong communication skills Able to work well as part of a team Previous childcare or school-age experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Why Lighthouse Academy?
