After School and Before School The Concord Recreation Department seeks enthusiastic, dedicated individuals who love working with children for our School Age Childcare Programs. The ideal candidates will have knowledge and understanding of the needs of school age children grades k-5. Candidates are required to meet EEC qualifications for Group Leader. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to work as part of team to contribute to a fun and engaging curriculum. The successful candidate will have access to ongoing training and competitive compensation. They will have the opportunity to enroll their age-appropriate children in our program with no tuition cost, receive a membership to the Beede Swim and Fitness Center and be offered special discounted rates for other programs. This is a 10-month school year position following the Concord Public School calendar from late August until mid-June (excludes school vacation weeks, professional days and holidays). Work Schedule (hours vary)

After School:
3-6 PM (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) and 12-6 PM Wed.
Before School:
7:30-9 AM Mon
•After School and Before School positions can be combined Salary range: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour ; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including a Background Records Check and Fingerprinting, CORI/SORI checks.
