Help us start the 2026-2027 school year with amazing team members like you! Full & Part-Time positions available! We\'re looking for a fun, responsible, and energetic School Age Group Leader to join our team and create an exciting afterschool experience for children in grades K-5!
  • Lead and engage school age children in fun, enriching activities
  • Support homework help when appropriate
  • Plan and lead games, STEM, arts & crafts, and outdoor play
  • Help with daily routines and transitions
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
  • Follow all EEC regulations and center policies
  • Communicate with parents and center staff as needed
  • Model positive behavior and build strong relationships
  • Encourage teamwork, respect, and responsibility every day What makes you a great fit:

Requirements:
  • 18+•Must be able to pass a background records check•450 hours working with children ages 5-12
