Job Description

Description:
Fay School seeks reliable, energetic, and fun applicants for the role of Extended Fay Associate. The After School ( PM Care) program runs daily throughout the school year from 2:45 - 6:00 p.m. Students from Kindergarten - Grade 4 will meet within their grades to take part in age appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors, socialize, and have a snack. Associates will be responsible for overseeing a group as well as planning and implementing activities and ensuring the safe, enriching and enjoyable atmosphere for all students. Fay is seeking candidates who will be available throughout the fall, winter, and spring terms and are motivated to add to the excellent level of child care and enrichment offered. For the successful candidates, there are additional opportunities to work within Vacation Camp programs and other events.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 19 years old, with, or working towards a Bachelor's Degree. Previous experience working with children in a school, camp, after-school, or daycare setting. First Aid certification is preferred. Physical ability to carry supplies, set up activities and supervise active play.
