Job Summary

Holy Infant Catholic School is seeking caring, faith-filled, and enthusiastic caregivers for Clover Care, the school's after-school care program. The Extended Care Caregiver provides supervision and support for students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 8 in a safe, nurturing, and faith-centered environment consistent with the mission and values of Catholic education.

This position is an excellent opportunity for college students, retirees, or individuals who enjoy working with children in a positive school setting.



Job Responsibilities Supervise students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 8 during after-school care hours

Assist students with homework and academic support as needed

Engage students in recreational activities including gym time, games, arts and crafts, and group activities

Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all students

Monitor student behavior and reinforce school rules and expectations using positive guidance

Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and administration

Support a caring and respectful atmosphere rooted in Christian values

Participate respectfully in prayer and faith-based activities as appropriate

Follow all diocesan, school, health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures

Maintain compliance with Prevent and Protect STL requirements
