Job Description

Job Title:
Teacher, Floater Duties:
  • Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
  • Provide individualized support and tutoring to students who need extra assistance
  • Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
